Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
I use a creative approach to the evidence-based practices, engaging our clients in understanding the relationships between thoughts, emotions and behaviors to initiate positive change to thwart the unhelpful thinking traps that keep clients stuck and hold them back from achieving goals, moving forward and feeling more positive about themselves.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
I help clients engage in greater self-awareness of feelings and thoughts, helping them move through emotional situations more easily. This can allow them to engage with others in healthier ways, including setting healthy emotional boundaries. This creative approach aids clients in achieving a more regulated emotional wellbeing.


Trauma-Informed Psychoanalytic Therapy
I use a trauma-informed approach allows clients to safely explore and understand how their past experiences influence their current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This can allow clients to begin moving through their past traumas, crafting a new narrative and repairing their unhealed, fractured selves.
